Mondo Partners provide a strategic approach to executive search and board recruitment.
The Mondo Partners approach is to carry out a detailed briefing and understanding of the cultural fit of the right applicant. We will establish the key success factors and priorities for the role including competencies, experience, organisational fit and personal qualities required to succeed in the position.
With every strategic executive search, we create a matrix of relevant skill sets across specific industries to form a target list of appropriate applicants to consider. The benefit of a targeted executive search approach is that we don’t just look for the candidates that have the relevant experience but we also identify those that are regarded as best in their industry and discipline and true leaders in their field. This is completed through a 360 degree feedback and forensic reference checking process.
Through our US, UK and European alliance partners we target international top performers and "homing pigeons", that is, expat Australians returning home. Simultaneously we utilise our Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide based researchers to identify top talent in Australia and New Zealand. The targeted candidates are not necessarily active job hunters; in fact they are more likely to be proven performers in their discipline, with their heads down and not actively seeking a career change.
The benefit of this approach is to ensure that the client receives a targeted succinct summary of candidates, ideally 2-4,who fit the brief and be thoroughly briefed and vetted before meeting with the client. The client is only mentioned and briefed once we are certain that they meet the Key Competencies and the ideal cultural fit.
